We want you to enjoy your visit to Kids in Motion. We know you will find something for everyone in your family. Explore the variety of activities below.
If your kids have too much energy, this is the place for your little one. We offer many toys that encourage movement and help build large motor skills. Soft climbers for toddlers and preschoolers, and for the School-age child, lots of space to MOVE. In addition to the open play, we offer a soft play structure including a punch bag forest, overhead tunnels, and slides.
A high-tech combination of tag and hide and seek, laser tag is a fast-paced game for ages 5 and older. Played in a 1,800 sf. arena designed with younger kids in mind, players use their lasers to tag their opponents’ sensors and score as many points as possible. This game is great for birthday parties, or just the casual play. (Note: This is an additional fee. $4/play, $10 for unlimited play)
Your child can be the engineer in this room and will love the train that circles above the room. More than just train tracks, your little one can build a city at the block table or Duplo table.
Children can explore their creative sides in the art center. We provide many materials for your little artists. Be sure to check out our calendar for some scheduled art activities as well.
Interact with your child as they pretend to fulfill the many roles associated with working in a diner atmosphere. Teach them about manners, sharing, and working together!
Opportunities abound here for role-playing and interactive learning in the familiar, yet fascinating environment of a grocery store. Children get a kid-size shopping cart and shop for grocery items. They can scan the items at the cash registers to total the price.
Take a seat and enjoy as your child transforms themselves into a world where they are the Star. Equipped with many different costumes and accessories, you child can create their own show, work with friends to perform a skit, or just let their imagination run free.
Construction Zone is a kid-friendly construction area that features hands-on activities that encourage kids to learn about physics and engineering. They are able to see how activities in our everyday lives are impacted by machines.
In the science and conservation room, we want parents and caregivers to interact and guide their children through different experiments. We encourage you to explore science and nature. You will find many informational exhibits as well as have the opportunity for hands-on experimentation. This room is designed for children 5 and older, but younger children are welcome with adult supervision.
We offer free WiFi, comfortable seating, and cafeteria-style seating with menus delivered from local restaurants such as Glass Nickel Pizza. If you or your kids are just looking for a light snack check out our variety of healthy and not-so-healthy items from our concession stand.
